Fromis_9 made today, September 1, 2021, their first comeback after transferring from Off The Record Entertainment on August 16, 2021 to Pledis Entertainment, with their second special single album "Talk & Talk". The group remained faithful to their original concept with a bright and cheerful bubblegum-pop song. This single is the follow-up to their second single album "9 Way Ticket" which was released on May 17, 2021.
