PURPLE KISS (퍼플키스) - BBB
Purple Kiss, the currently six-member girl group under RBW that debuted on March 15, 2021, made a comeback today on March 19, 2024 with their sixth mini album "BXX" (an acronym for Best Xriends Xorever) and the song "BBB" as the album's title track. The mini album will contain six tracks and will get a physical release on a CD too called Photobook version. This album is the follow-up to the group's first single album "Festa" that was released on September 5, 2023 with "7Heaven" serving as the single's title track.

Although the track starts strong and the amazing pre-chorus hypes you up, the weak and repetitive chorus ends up spoiling the whole song. The chorus feels empty and bland and it drags the whole song down with it. It is a decent title track but nothing more than that and since the expectations were high it feels like a letdown. It is also obvious that their departure from the darker material of their earlier days doesn't seem to work well with them.
LAYSHA - CHOCOLATE CREAM.II
LAYSHA (레이샤) is currently a four-member girl group under S Media Entertainment and Double Media. It seems that every comeback finds the group with different members. Since their last comeback members Sia and Ina have left the group and new member Jian was added to the lineup. The current lineup consists of members: Goeun (고은), Chaejin (채진), Jian (지안) and Bitna (빛나).
Laysha originally started their career as a dance performance group in September 2014. Then on May 12, 2015, they made their debut as an idol group with the self-titled digital single "Laysha". "CHOCOLATE CREAM.II", which is their 9th digital single, was released on March 18, 2024 and it's a remake and a new version of their hit song "Chocolate Cream" from 2016. This single is the follow-up to their 8th digital single "Yes or Not" that was released on November 24, 2023.
First things first, this is the sexiest K-pop MV I have ever seen and to its credit it succeeds in being sexy without being explicit or vulgar. This is a very tasteful MV for an amazing song. All the girls look gorgeous and get their time to shine and display their colors. This is definitely their best song and their best comeback so far.
The song also features guest rapper Microdot. Microdot is a South Korean–New Zealand rapper and singer. He debuted as a member of the duo All Black together with Dok2 back in 2006. He is famous for appearing on Show Me the Money, Unpretty Rapstar and Tribe of Hip Hop.
