Twice, the legendary nine-member super girl-group under JYP Entertainment, that made its debut way back in October 20, 2015, make another impressive comeback today in February 23, 2024 with their 13th Korean mini album "With You-th" and the "One Spark" as the album's title track. The physical release on a CD will come out in 12 versions. Three photobook versions: Forever, Glowing and Blast version, plus nine member-specific digipak versions. There will also be two vinyl versions (Glitter and Sparkle) and three Platform (Nemo) versions (Forever, Glowing, and Blast).  This single is the follow-up to the group's 10th Japanese single "Hare Hare" released on May 31, 2023 and their 12th Korean mini album "Ready To Be" released on March 10, 2023 (excluding the pre-release track and the various remixes they did in the meantime.)

Review 

The album contains a total of six tracks, including the pre-release English-language single "I Got You", "Rush" with lyrics written by Chaeyoung, "Bloom" with lyrics written by Jungyeon, and "You Get Me" with lyrics written by Dahyun. "One Spark" features a chill drum and bass, followed by a gradual build-up of dreamlike synth sounds, depicting the unwavering passion of youth with lyrics written by Shim Eun Ji and it explores themes of love, passion, and the enduring flame of connection.

Release Info & Mini Bio 

IU released a new music video for her song "Shh.." from her latest, sixth mini album "The Winning" that was released a couple of days ago on February 20, 2024. The cinematic music video features Hyein, from the girl-group NewJeans and Joe Won Sun, with a special narration by Patti Kim. This is the fourth track from this mini album that gets a music video, following the pre-release track "Love wins all" and the two title tracks, "Holssi" and "Shopper".

Review 

The song explores themes of self-discovery, uniqueness, and the pursuit of individuality. The lyrics delve into personal introspection and the realization of one's worth beyond societal expectations and standards. The music video features a dark storyline where IU finds herself caught up in a strange connection with a woman who seems to have committed a crime.
