Apart from taking part in her group's activities, Mijoo has also been active as an actress starring in various Korean variety shows such as "Hit The Stage" (2016), "Dunia: Into a New World" (2018), "Sixth Sense" (2020-2022), "Hangout with Yoo" (2021), and season 2 of "Learn Way" (2021-2022). This comeback is an attempt for Mijoo to keep her singing career alive. "Curiosity" is a thumping electro track, with stylish melodies and yearning vocals. MIJOO's voice conveys a sense of longing and intrigue and the lyrics capture the excitement of a blossoming attraction. "Curiosity" is the kind of soft, emotive ballad that you'd expect to find in the soundtrack of a romantic K-Drama not as the title track of a comeback album. It is not a bad song, far from it, but it is not the song that would advance her solo career either.

Mijoo (real name Lee Mi Joo) is a South Korean singer currently under Antenna and a member of the girl group Lovelyz, which is still in indefinite hiatus. Mijoo is also a member of the project duo JUJU SECRET and a former member of the project co-ed group Toyote. Mijoo debuted as a member of Lovelyz on November 12, 2014 with the group's first album "Girls' Invasion". On December 18, 2021 Mijoo participated in the release of "Still I Love You" by Toyote, which is a three-member project group formed from MBC's "Hangout with Yoo". On March 25, 2023, Mijoo debuted as a member of the project duo JUJU SECRET with their first single, "Lonely Night". The duo was also formed through MBC's variety show "Hangout with Yoo". Mijoo made her solo debut on May 17, 2023 with her single album "Movie Star" and on December 20, 2023 Mijoo made a comeback with her first digital single "Curiosity".
