Chuu, the South Korean singer currently under ATRP and former member of the girl group LOONA and its third sub-unit yyxy, made her solo debut today on October 18, 2023 with her first mini album "Howl" and the same-titled song as the album's title track. The album will contain five tracks of which "Underwater" was already pre-released on October 10, 2023 and the physical release on a CD will come out in two versions: Wave and Wind version.

YOUNG POSSE (영파씨) - MACARONI CHEESE 

Review

"MACARONI CHEESE" showcases the vocal talents of the group members, the youngest of whom is only 13 years old. The music video for "MACARONI CHEESE" features a literal interpretation of preparing and consuming a mac n' cheese cheeseburger, complete with innuendos and references to the side effects of eating dairy. Despite the unconventional theme, the song has a unique hook that makes it catchy and engaging, even though the girls are mainly whispering about food throughout the track. The members of Young Posse were involved in the writing and choreography of the song, adding a personal touch to their debut. Overall, 'MACARONI CHEESE' is a memorable debut that stands out in the saturated K-pop market for its unconventional concept and catchy, if sometimes corny, lyrics.

YOUNG POSSE is a five-member girl group under DSP Media and BEATS Entertainment that consists of members: Sunhye (선혜),  Yeonjung (연정), Jiana (지아나), Doeun (도은) and Jieun (지은). The group made its debut today on OCtober 18, 2023 with their first EP album "Macaroni Cheese" and the same-titled song as the album's title track. The album will contain four tracks and will get a physical release on a CD too.
