Song Review: PIXY Make A Comeback With "Let Me Know" And BLING BLING With "Oh MAMA"

Release Info & Mini Bio 

PIXY released their first mini album "Bravery" today on May 20, 2021 with the song "Let Me Know" serving as the album's title track. The album, which will contain eight tracks, will also get released physically on a CD. This album is the follow-up to their debut digital single "With My Wings" which was released on February 24, 2021. 

Track List 

"Let Me Know" is an up-tempo, bombastic song with an epic feeling and an adventurous mood. The repetitive noisy, sing-along chorus can easily get stuck in your mind and the rap-parts are fast and powerful. The production, on the other hand, is rather underwhelming with the orchestration placed way too back in the mix. Since they went for an epic feeling, they should have committed to it and gone all the way. Adding some rock instruments in the mix would have benefitted the arrangement a lot.



Bling Bling (블링블링) - Oh MAMA 

Bling Bling also released their first mini album today on May 20, 2021. The album is titled "Contrast" and the song "Oh MAMA" will serve as the albums title track. It will contain four tracks and will get a physical release on a CD too. This album is the follow-up to their debut digital single "G.B.B" which was released on November 17, 2020.
