"Scandalous" is produced by the legendary Sweetune team, known for their work with groups like INFINITE and KARA, The song carries the upbeat energy they've been missing and blends a buoyant blast of bright pop-rock with a synth backbone. The combination of acoustic guitar, strings, and electronic elements creates a explosive energy. The song hinges on a potent, singalong hook, portioned sparingly throughout the track but returning in the final chorus. Both Boa and Bohyung are incredible vocalists, effortlessly managing to complement each other and raise track to higher leverl. Keembo (킴보) is a South Korean female duo under ARA-LINE that debuted on 10th of April 2020 with their digital single “Thank You, Anyway”. The duo consists of Kim Boa and Kim Bohyung, both former members of the girl-group SPICA. "Scandalous" is their first single album and it was released on May 23, 2020, as the direct follow-up to their debut digital single. Fun fact, the group's name is made up from their common surname, Kim, and the same first syllable of their given name, Bo.
