Weki Meki (위키미키) - DAZZLE DAZZLE
Weki Meki (pronounced as Wi-Ki-Mi-Ki) is an eight-member girl group under Fantagio Music. They debuted on August 8, 2017 with their first mini album Weme. 'Dazzle Dazzle' is their first digital single (not counting the song 'Butterfly' which they released as a 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics Special).
To be honest I expected more, especially considering the competition this month. The song is just average with only the chorus being memorable. The MV also looks too simple with the camera panning back and forth the whole time giving it a cheap feel. For a group with some of the best visuals in K-pop and a title like 'Dazzle Dazzle', well... I expected to be dazzled! Doyeon, like always, stole the show with her breathtaking visuals and that was all. To be brutal, this feels like a step back for the group and as a fan I am kinda disappointed. Come on Fantagio, you can do better than this!!!
